Refunds & Returns
Unused and unopened products (NOT worms) may be returned for a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 30 days of the date you received the product(s). Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer and must be delivered to us in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund. We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment.
Please contact us prior to sending a return to help ensure a smooth return process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. The refund may take up to 7-10 days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

If there are mistakes with your order or your product arrived damaged/defective, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right. In most cases we will simply send a replacement at no additional cost to you. Replacements are subject to availability. When applicable, please provide photos of any damages.
Although we do our best to ensure your worms arrive in great condition, the shipping process and weather conditions can be harsh. If your worms arrive damaged or perished, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We may request photos of your delivery in order to issue a refund or replacement. Please DO NOT return any worms as they will not survive the return trip.
